Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Training role based in New Cairo, open to candidates residing in New Cairo and nearby areas only (applications from Giza are not considered). The role involves supporting real estate sales activities, learning and applying sales techniques, and assisting in property showings and client consultations. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, maintaining property listings, coordinating with senior sales agents, and participating in training sessions to develop sales and market knowledge. The role also requires local market research, follow-up with potential buyers and renters, and accurate documentation of client interactions and property details. Qualifications Candidates should possess a Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one in accordance with local regulations. Candidates should possess Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including familiarity with local market trends and property types. Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals ethically. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional client handling. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up. Proficiency in basic computer and online listing tools; ability to work with CRM or property management systems is an advantage. Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a reliable car for property visits and client meetings.
