Job description

Set up, operate, and maintain all audio, lighting, and visual equipment across resort outlets (theatre, beach, pool, lounges, and event venues) for daily activities, evening shows, and special events.
Collaborate closely with the entertainment team to deliver seamless shows, performances, and guest experiences for themed nights, gala dinners, and large-scale productions.
Conduct sound checks and lighting tests prior to all events to ensure optimal performance quality.
Provide technical support for DJs, live performers, and external entertainers as required.
Adjust lighting effects and sound levels in real-time based on show flow, audience engagement, and management direction.
Coordinate with DJs, animators, performers, and event hosts to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programs.
Follow safety standards and operational procedures when handling technical equipment.
Respond to guest music or technical requests when appropriate and aligned with resort policies.
Work closely with the entertainment manager in planning and executing events and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong technical understanding of audio, lighting, and AV systems (mixers, speakers, lighting consoles, microphones, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer systems; knowledge of sound/lighting software is an advantage
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced entertainment environment
• Positive attitude with high responsibility, reliability, and adaptability
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
