Key Responsibilities:• Drive product strategy and roadmap by identifying market opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape, and aligning product development with HPG Pharma’s business objectives and growth targets.• Cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management across HPG Pharma’s portfolio.• Monitor product performance by tracking key metrics, sales data, and market trends to generate actionable insights and recommend optimizations that maximize product value and market share.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or Science.• Minimum 1 year of progressive marketing/product management experience.• Mandatory CNS , Ortho, Gyne or Pedia experience.• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
