Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt. This role is responsible for promoting SMB GROUP’s home appliances and electronics, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits, handling inquiries, and following up on sales opportunities. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, participate in promotional activities, collaborate with the sales team on sales strategies, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing basic reports, and occasionally assisting in training colleagues on product updates and service standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, product presentation, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support sales targets, coach team members, and contribute to process improvement. Relevant experience in retail, home appliances, electronics, or consumer goods sales is beneficial. Basic knowledge of marketing principles, promotional activities, and market analysis is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in commonly used office and sales software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
