Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring an "HR Recruiter" in Nasr city for a chain of ladies-only fitness centers in Egypt. The company focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services. Job Role:Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Handle recruitment activities for both blue-collar and whitecollar roles. What we are looking for2-4 years of Recruitment experience. Proven experience in hiring both blue-collar and whitecollar employees is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good Command Of English Language is a must. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
