Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
Role Overview You will execute and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on lead generation and e-commerce growth. Goal:Drive qualified leads & sales with strong CAC and ROAS performance
Key Responsibilities* Launch and manage campaigns on: * Meta Ads * Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) * Tik Tok Ads* Execute full-funnel campaigns (Awareness → Conversion)* Monitor and optimize campaigns daily (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS)* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages* Support in building remarketing and retargeting strategies* Work closely with design & content teams to improve ad creatives* Track performance using: * GA4 * Meta Pixel / CAPI * Google Tag Manager* Prepare performance reports with insights and action plans
Requirements* 5+ years experience in Performance Marketing* Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads (Tik Tok is a plus)* Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making* Experience in: * Lead Generation OR E-commerce (preferably both)* Good understanding of tracking & attribution* Ability to manage budgets and optimize performance efficiently* Strong Excel / reporting skills
