We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements, improving processes, and supporting the successful delivery of enterprise AI products. This role is critical in ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value to clients.
Role Overview As a Business Analyst at Scry AI, you will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and clients to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Analysis Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business goals
Process Improvement Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience Support business process documentation and workflow design
Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings Ensure business expectations are effectively communicated to technical teams
Documentation & Validation Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating business requirements and expected outcomes Maintain project documentation and ensure traceability of requirements
Reporting & Continuous Improvement Monitor project progress and support issue resolution during implementation Prepare business reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for stakeholders Stay updated on industry trends, business analysis methodologies, and enterprise technologies
Required Qualifications and Skills Experience in business analysis, product analysis, or process improvement Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies is preferred Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, or similar platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
