• Lead the development and management of architectural BIM models using Revit and related BIM tools.

• Produce high-quality architectural designs, detailed drawings, construction documents, and tender packages.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure seamless model integration and clash-free project delivery.

• Review and validate BIM models, drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.

• Develop architectural details, elevations, sections, schedules, BOQs, and technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and project standards.

• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and client presentations.

• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction stages.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and BIM team members.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.

• Support sustainable design initiatives and incorporate innovative architectural solutions into project designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering. Master's degree is an advantage.

• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, including significant experience within engineering consultancy environments.

• Strong expertise in BIM modeling and coordination using Revit.

• Extensive experience in the preparation of construction drawings, tender documentation, and technical detailing.

• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, materials, and construction methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.

• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, Navisworks, or similar software is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively within collaborative teams.

• Previous experience mentoring and leading architectural or BIM teams is preferred.
