ملخص عائلة الوظائف المالية:
توفر عائلة وظائف التحليل المالي في بروكتر وغامبل مجموعة واسعة من فرص النمو والتطور كقائد أعمال. يلعب المحترفون في هذا المجال دوراً حاسماً في تقديم الإرشاد والقيادة لاتخاذ القرار للشركة، وتحقيق أقصى ربحية على المدى الطويل، وتدفق نقدي، وقيمة للمساهمين من خلال تحليل مالي شامل.
الوصف الوظيفي:
كـ محلل مالي لفئة علامة تجارية، ستلعب دوراً حاسماً في تحديد وتطوير فرص خلق القيمة لفئات الأعمال المختلفة. ستستخدم مهاراتك التحليلية القوية لجمع الرؤى وترجمتها إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ. سيكون التعاون مع فرق وظيفية متعددة ضرورياً لتنفيذ الخطط بشكل فعال.
المهام الرئيسية:
- تنفيذ مشاريع صغيرة النطاق، وإجراء تحليل مالي لتحديد فرص خلق القيمة لفئات الأعمال المختلفة.
- التعاون مع فرق وظيفية متعددة لتنفيذ الخطط وبناء المنظمة
- ترجمة التحليل إلى رؤى وتوصيات قابلة للتنفيذ.
- دعم عمليات تطوير الأعمال واتخاذ القرار.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي وتقديم تقارير دقيقة.
- تحسين العمليات باستمرار وتحديد فرص للتحسين.
- البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة والمشهد التنافسي.
المؤهلات الوظيفية
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المالية، المحاسبة، الاقتصاد، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على استخراج الرؤى من البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة لترجمة التحليل إلى استراتيجيات قابلة للتنفيذ.
- مثبتة في العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- معرفة تقنيات وأدوات التحليل المالي.
- الاطلاع على مبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية.
- إتقان Microsoft Excel وبرامج تحليل البيانات الأخرى.
- القدرة على التكيّف مع بيئة سريعة وتعدد الأولويات وفرص التحسين.
