We’re Hiring – Account Executive Art Vision is looking for an Account Executive who can support client accounts, manage day-to-day coordination, and keep projects moving — not just forward messages. This role is for someone with early experience who wants to grow in a fast-paced agency environment and learn how real account management works.
Key Responsibilities:• Support client communication and daily follow-ups• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (creative, content, media, production)• Track tasks, timelines, and approvals• Prepare briefs, meeting notes, and status updates• Assist in campaign execution and delivery• Maintain organized workflows and documentation• Support senior team in managing accounts and solving issues
Requirements:• 1+ year of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing / Agency work• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines• Detail-oriented and reliable• Good English (written & spoken)• Eagerness to learn and grow• Agency experience is a plus
