Job Details

  • Supervise and lead the Horeca sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Horeca channel, focusing on hotels, restaurants, and catering clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Horeca accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal product placement.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and expand the client base.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proximity to Obour City.

  • Ability to open new markets.

  • Experience in the food sector and large companies is preferred.

  • Own a car.
