About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Relationship Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships between the IT department and our business units. You will act as a bridge, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.

• Assess the needed systems based on business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements.

• Advocate for business needs within the IT department.

• Manage and prioritize IT requests from business units.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT teams.

• Monitor and measure the success of IT solutions from a business perspective.

• Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

• 2-3 years of experience in IT Business Relationship Management, projects management or IT-business alignment.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Good understanding of system architecture, application integration, APIs, and enterprise solutions

• Strong capability in troubleshooting business and technical problems by understanding customer journeys and business processes.

• Ability to identify root causes of issues through analysis of business workflows, system integrations, and operational processes.

• Strong Presentation & Analytical skills with experience with excel & preferably Power BI

• Experience with project management tools like Jira & MS Project

• TOGAF Certification is highly desirable
