1. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
2. Personnel Administration & Social Insurance
Handle all social insurance processes and documentation.
Process employee onboarding, resignation, termination, and related insurance procedures.
3. Employee Records Management
Create, maintain, and update employee personnel files.
Ensure all required employee documents are complete and properly maintained.
4. Attendance, Leave & Time Management
Monitor employee attendance and timekeeping systems.
Review absences, lateness, and leave records.
5. Payroll Administration
Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs.
Verify allowances, deductions, overtime, and payroll calculations.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Requirements
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
Advanced experience in payroll and attendance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
HR professional certifications are preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
Mandatory experience within the Manufacturing Industry.
