Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Cairo. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions for appropriateness, and provide clear counseling to patients on dosage, side effects, and proper use. The role includes maintaining up-to-date patient medication records, monitoring for potential drug interactions, and advising on over-the-counter products when appropriate. The Pharmacist will support daily pharmacy operations by overseeing inventory, ensuring proper storage of medications, and complying with all regulatory and safety standards. Collaboration with pharmacy team members and other healthcare professionals is expected to ensure high-quality, efficient service for all patients. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge of pharmacology, prescription interpretation, and safe dispensing practices. Candidates should possess skills in patient counseling, clear communication, and providing education on medication use and side effects. Candidates should possess attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to maintain organized patient records and inventory. Candidates should possess familiarity with pharmacy regulations, quality and safety standards, and ethical professional conduct. Candidates should possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Pharmacy and valid professional licensure in Egypt, are required. Previous experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting is beneficial. Basic computer literacy and ability to work with pharmacy management systems are advantageous.
