Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop FPGA IPs for both existing and new systems, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations in quality and timely delivery. Evaluate third-party IP for complex protocols. Integrate third-party FPGA IP into both existing and new FPGA systems. Develop simulation and test environments to demonstrate protocol integration. Write host software to drive test environments. Create demo designs as deliverables for integrations. Generate documentation and reference materials for at-speed interface integrations. Perform system-level integration and execute the necessary verification tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Sc. in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering. 3 7 years of experience in digital design, FPGA design flow, and interfacing. Proficiency in Verilog HDL or VHDL. Hands-on experience with FPGA implementation, from design constraints to timing analysis. Familiarity with logic synthesis and synthesis report analysis. Proficiency in functional simulation. Knowledge of modern protocols such as PCIe, UFS, MIPI UniPro, NVMe, USB, SATA, SAS, Ethernet, and DDRx. Familiarity with the Xilinx development workflow (Vivado + Vitis). Understanding of embedded programming is a plus. Proficiency in scripting (Perl/Shell) is preferred. Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share knowledge effectively.
