# Inventory Control Specialist
???? **Location:** Mansoura, Egypt
### Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control all inventory transactions to ensure accurate recording in the system.* Perform and support periodic, cycle, and annual inventory counts.* Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.* Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock movements.* Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged items and recommend corrective actions.* Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy.* Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and warehouse operations.
### Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.* 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.* Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software is preferred.* Strong analytical and reporting skills.* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.* Good communication and teamwork skills.
