We're at a real growth inflection point — including expansion into the Saudi market in line with Vision 2030 — and the founder is looking for a General Manager to lead the company through its next phase: managing its functions, rebuilding its leadership structure, and driving its growth. This is not a caretaker role. This is a leadership mandate: you'll direct the engines of growth — sales, marketing, and people — and build the team that runs them. What you'll do Growth Leadership Direct and manage the sales & business development function — set the strategy, build the pipeline system, lead the sales team, and oversee expansion into the GCC market (Saudi Arabia in particular). Direct the digital marketing function — own the strategy and positioning, manage the marketing team and channels (Linked In, paid, content, SEO), and hold the function accountable to lead-generation and conversion targets. Shape pricing, offers, and go-to-market strategy for our consulting services across Egypt and the Gulf. Organization & Leadership Building Rebuild the company's board and senior leadership team — define the structure, recruit and develop the right leaders for each function, and build the management layer that will carry the firm's growth. Oversee the establishment of a complete HR management system — organizational structure, policies, performance management, and development paths — and manage its rollout across the firm. Lead, motivate, and develop a Gen Z-heavy team — building a culture of accountability and growth. Operations & Direction Run day-to-day operations across delivery, HR, and admin — quality, deadlines, and accountability. Use business analytics to steer decisions — pipeline health, marketing ROI, delivery capacity, and firm performance. Oversee a parallel software business line alongside the core consulting work. Champion AI adoption across the firm's workflows and services. Report directly to the founder with full ownership of growth and organizational targets. What we're looking for Proven experience in business development — you've done it hands-on before and can now lead it: strategy, pipeline systems, and team management. Strong command of digital marketing — enough to direct the function, challenge the team, and judge what actually converts. Experience selling or managing the sale of services into the GCC market (Saudi Arabia in particular). Experience building or restructuring leadership teams — hiring senior people and building management structures. Capable of overseeing the establishment of an HR management system — from org structure to performance and policies. MBA — or the equivalent knowledge earned through real business experience. Strong leadership skills with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit. Solid grasp of business analytics and data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to lead, engage, and retain Gen Z talent. A growth and expansion mindset — someone who builds, not just maintains. Comfortable overseeing a software/tech business line alongside consulting. Dependable, accountable, a continuous learner — and a firm believer in AI's power to transform how business gets done. Fluent Arabic and strong English.
