Role Description The Exhibition Representative is a part-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role involves representing ElBorg Foundry at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and customer events, showcasing products, explaining technical features, and answering inquiries from visitors. The Exhibition Representative will prepare displays and marketing materials, coordinate booth setup, and ensure a professional and welcoming presence for the company. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, collecting contact information and feedback, and reporting leads and insights to the sales and marketing teams. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to stay updated on product developments and industry trends to deliver accurate, clear information at events. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage visitors and explain technical information in a clear, accessible manner. Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments; experience in steel, cement, or minerals industries is an advantage. Customer service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and capture accurate visitor information. Organizational and time-management abilities to support event planning, booth setup, and efficient handling of multiple visitor interactions. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the company at public events and exhibitions. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for reporting leads, maintaining records, and preparing simple presentation materials. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in exhibitions, sales support, or marketing events is beneficial, as is a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
