Job Purpose
To execute, monitor, and maintain business applications to ensure system availability, business
continuity, and smooth operations.
Report To Position Name
Assist in interpreting console messages from system software or application programs and reports
them promptly to concerned staff & first line support to ensure maximum applications availability.
Ensure users and management updates with production problems.
Assist in executing scheduled and ad-hoc operations jobs, activities as stated in the
daily/weekly/monthly job schedules and according to the jobs working instructions and operational
manual to maintain business applications continuity.
Assist in maintaining daily job schedules and report to shift leader for the work process.
Executing ongoing operations activities and analyze performance to identify problems.
Fulfill administrative requirements as assigned.
Assist in running and monitoring the BC (Bill Cycle) activities and escalate to the first line support
if there are any errors or performance problems and issue a BC status report after BC completion.
Customer Centricity \:
Creates a positive internal customer experience during internal customer journeys and touch points
Perform bill cycle audit at the Printing Facility site to ensure that the bill cycle is delivered to the
customer on time.
Run and monitor the Rating & Roaming cycle and escalate to the applications support if there are
any errors or performance problems according to agreed SLA. Ensure Rating & Roaming trouble
tickets (TTs) are solved within their relevant SLAs.
