Daily inventory at the start and end of the shift
Receive inbound permits from the factory DN and then classify and transfer items to palettes according to space.
Allocate a place for incoming pallets in the warehouse while considering production dates.
Print item cards and place them on the product.
Enter imports into the system through data entry so that all departments know quantities and available product types.
Receive issuing permits from data entry and give them to workers to prepare, review, and hand over to collectors/representatives.
Prepare the warehouse for stocktaking and maintain its cleanliness, monitor temperatures and humidity to ensure suitability for storage quality, and check pest control points.
Conduct monthly stocktaking to reconcile balances with accounts and review expiry dates.
Conduct annual stocktaking to reconcile balances with accounts.
Annual fixed asset stocktaking for the warehouse (tools and equipment).
Prepare a report with production and expiry dates of received goods.
Make transfers between branches and vice versa.
Resolve workers’ issues and raise their requests to the supervisor.
Ensure clear safety signs and instructions inside the warehouse to maintain general safety.
Monitor and evaluate workers monthly
