Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services and generate qualified leads.

  • Identify and establish initial contact with decision-makers, facilitating introductions and meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

  • Achieve and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead quality, and conversion.

  • Continuously research and update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
