We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the company's strategic direction and overall business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, maximizing operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality petroleum services in compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's strategic and operational plans to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.
Lead and oversee all business functions including Operations, Engineering, Quality, HSE, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Commercial activities.
Ensure the efficient execution of workshop and field operations, including OCTG Services, Machine Shop Manufacturing, API & Premium Connection Rethreading, Repair, Bucking, Welding, and Hardbanding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders within the Oil & Gas industry.
Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing costs, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor organizational performance through KPIs and implement improvement initiatives across all departments.
Ensure full compliance with API, ISO, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Promote a strong culture of Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Operational Excellence throughout the organization.
Lead business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and support strategic growth plans.
Develop leadership capabilities, foster employee engagement, and build a high-performance organizational culture.
Represent the company in executive meetings, customer negotiations, and interactions with regulatory authorities.
