We are seeking an experienced Office Coordination Section Head to lead the coordination function at the centre of the group's head office. The role owns the coordination of meetings, information, and administrative services, sets the standard for secretarial support, and provides the service through which people across the organisation reach the right owners and information. Its purpose is to make administrative coordination an active enabler — one that removes friction and keeps work moving across functions — rather than a passive support function. The role suits a capable coordination or office-management leader who has run coordination as a managed service and led a sizeable team serving a demanding, multi-function organisation.

Responsibilities

Coordination of the office's operations. Coordinate the office's meetings, information flow, and administrative services to defined standards — ensuring meeting decisions and their actions are tracked to completion, information reaches those who need it, and administrative and secretarial support run reliably rather than by improvisation.

Organisational navigation. Operate the service that directs managers and colleagues to the owners and information they need across the organisation, so that finding the right point of contact is quick and dependable.

Team leadership. Lead, develop, and hold to standard a large team of coordinators serving many different functions, ensuring a consistent and reliable service regardless of the function supported.
