Role Description A full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce products or services, understand customer needs, and generate sales or qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, explaining offerings clearly, handling objections, and closing sales while meeting or exceeding individual and team targets. The representative will provide courteous customer support, escalate complex issues when needed, and participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications1–2 years of experience in telesales or call center sales within the US market Fluent English Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal expression, active listening, and the ability to adapt messaging to different customers. Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build positive, long-term customer relationships. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, with these shifts (Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM being the preferred shifts.) High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
