Lead and manage the design process from concept development through construction documentation and project execution.
Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure design disciplines.
Manage and review design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with external consultants and ensure timely delivery of all design packages.
Obtain and follow up on all required design approvals, permits, and authority submissions with the relevant governmental entities.
Review project cost estimates and participate in value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and functionality.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company design standards.
Collaborate closely with Technical Office, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Management teams.
Identify design risks and provide effective technical solutions.
Participate in feasibility studies, budgeting, and project planning.
Lead design coordination meetings and manage design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
