• Provide technical support and demonstrations to the sales team.
• Customer relations and reports. 
• Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service quality.
• Document service visits, repairs, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide service performance reports, customer issues, and technical challenges to management.
