Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d)
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) to join our fully remote team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — German-speaking property management companies using our software. If you're tech-savvy, empathetic, and get satisfaction from actually solving problems rather than just forwarding tickets, this role is for you.
German fluency is a hard requirement for this role.
What You'll Do- Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email and WhatsApp — reliably and with a personal touch.
- Troubleshoot issues in our software and guide customers to solutions.
- Document recurring issues and help build out our internal knowledge base.
- Join screen-sharing sessions with customers when a problem needs hands-on attention.
- Coordinate with our development team to escalate and resolve bugs or product issues.
- Help new customers get started and feel comfortable with the product.
What We're Looking For- Native or fluent German — written and spoken (essential).
- Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS, IT or helpdesk environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly — you don't need a manual for every tool.
- Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple open cases at once.
- You work autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks.
- Bonus: Hands-on IT experience of any kind — whether it's scripting, automation, self-hosted tools, web apps, Linux, or server administration. If you can fix things yourself instead of just passing them on, that's a huge plus.
About Us
We are a German automation agency turned into a SaaS company with our product hausverwalter.ai — an AI-first platform built specifically for German property management companies. Most property managers work with 5–10 software tools daily. We're building a single platform to replace them all, with AI agents handling the routine work automatically.
What makes this role unique: the software our customers use for support is the same software we're building ourselves. You'll be close to the product and the team.

The role is fully remote — though you're always welcome to drop by our office in Worms, Germany.
Salary
$750 – $1500 per month before taxes, depending on experience. There will be room for growth in the years ahead.

- Technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills — you find solutions, not just workarounds.
- You work autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks.
- Comfortable working under performance pressure.
- Quick on the uptake and a disciplined approach to your work.
