About the Company

LPI Home Buyers is expanding our remote sales team and is looking for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about building relationships and closing deals.

As a U.S.-based real estate investment company, we help homeowners sell their properties quickly and efficiently. In this role, you'll work with motivated sellers, understand their goals, and guide them through the sales process from the initial conversation to a signed agreement.

We provide qualified inbound leads, comprehensive training, and proven systems so you can focus on what you do best—closing deals.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earning potential of $50,000+ annually (base salary plus performance-based commissions).
  • $1,250 monthly base salary, paid biweekly.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with homeowners interested in selling their properties.
  • Build trust through professional, consultative conversations.
  • Understand each seller's situation and identify the best path forward.
  • Negotiate offers and help move opportunities toward signed agreements.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently using our CRM.
  • Meet daily activity expectations and monthly performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or real estate.
  • Previous closing experience is required.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup.
