Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate will manage and execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programs for Amazon businesses. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and delivery of programs, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating project status to stakeholders. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and product management, to ensure successful product launches and operational readiness. This includes developing and implementing project plans, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field
• 5+ years of experience working in an operations, supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role
• PMP certificate, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
• French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered
