Role Description The Resale Agent will handle the resale of residential and commercial properties, focusing on client acquisition, property listings, and closing deals in New Cairo. Responsibilities include meeting clients on-site, conducting property visits, preparing and updating listings, and advising clients on market trends and pricing. The agent will follow up on leads, maintain regular communication with clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, and requires the agent to use a company car or personal vehicle for client meetings and property tours. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in basic sales techniques, lead follow-up, and deal closing within the real estate market. Ability to manage time effectively, organize property portfolios, and handle multiple client requests. Comfort with using smartphones, messaging apps, and basic office software to manage listings and client data. Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Good knowledge of New Cairo neighborhoods and real estate developments is an advantage. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to properties and client meetings as required. High school diploma or higher education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
