Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, property listing, client presentations, and closing transactions. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting property viewings, preparing and reviewing contracts, and providing accurate information on market trends and property values. The role also involves building and maintaining a client portfolio, responding to inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service before, during, and after each transaction. The agent will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and compliance with local real estate regulations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills. Candidates should possess understanding of Real Property laws, regulations, and documentation. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships. Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools used for property listings and client management. Proven ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties. Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related field.
