About The Role

Aqarmap is hiring a strong Tele Sales Team Leader to lead a team. The role requires someone who can manage sales execution, coach advisors, handle international buyer objections, and drive conversions in a high-growth regional market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a sales team targeting non-Saudi buyers interested in Saudi real estate Drive sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion rates Coach the team on consultative selling, buyer qualification, and objection handling Ensure strong follow-up with foreign investors, expats, and overseas buyers Track KPIs, sales activity, and daily team performance Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance Support the team in closing high-value deals

Requirements

3+ years of sales experience.2+ years of experience leading a sales team Experience selling to foreign buyers, expats, or investors is a strong plus Strong Arabic and English communication skills Target-driven, disciplined, and highly organized Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is preferred
