· Supervise daily production operation.
· Lead and manage production engineers and operators.
· Ensure daily and weekly production plans are achieved.
· Coordinate with the Planning team to prepare and execute production schedules.
· Monitor actual production versus planned targets.
· Investigate production delays and implement corrective actions.
· Improve machine utilization and minimize downtime.
· Reduce production waste and increase efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety standards.
· Coordinate with the Maintenance department for equipment availability.
· Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
· Coach and develop junior production engineers.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
· Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety standards throughout production.
· Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
· Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation procedures.
