The ideal candidate will lead a team of Executive Engineers, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and act as the main link between Site Operations, Financial & Purchasing Departments, and Top Management. ???? Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and supervise 3 (Executive) Engineers while overseeing multiple active projects simultaneously. Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines using Google Sheets. Cross-Department Coordination: Serve as the core liaison between Site Operations, the Purchasing Department, and Financial teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Procurement: Prepare project material requests and procurement plans. Site Oversight: Conduct regular site follow-ups, resolve technical or operational issues, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all project phases. Reporting: Take full ownership and accountability for project execution, reporting progress, risks, and performance directly to Top Management.
???? Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering. Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience. Expertise: Strong, proven track record specifically in Site Operations. Leadership: Proven experience leading engineering teams or project managers.
