Job Description: We are hiring a B2C Sales Executive to drive direct customer acquisition and revenue through outbound and inbound sales activities. You will engage prospects, understand their needs, and convert interest into confirmed sales while maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role has a direct impact on revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in closing sales and handling objections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Location: Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo; on-site, full-time, 8 hours/day with rotational weekends and two days off.
