Key Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with precision.
• Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, referring complex cases to senior staff.
• Promote bank products (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards) to meet client needs.
• Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a teller or in a similar cash-handling role.

Skills: Exceptional numerical accuracy, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
