-Manage and process quotation requests received from Business Development, Sales teams, clients, and overseas agents for both import and export shipments.
-Coordinate with clients to obtain feedback on submitted quotations and ensure alignment with their requirements.
-Negotiate rates and service terms with airlines and overseas agents to achieve competitive pricing and operational targets.
-Issue routing orders to overseas agents and monitor shipment progress while providing regular updates to customers.
-Ensure accurate follow-up on customer requirements and maintain a high level of service quality.
-Review shipment pre-alerts and share booking confirmations and shipping documentation with clients for verification.
-Utilize airlines systems for export operations, including online bookings, AWB issuance, shipment tracking, airport entry follow-up, and final pre-alert preparation.
-Record and update all completed shipments accurately within the company’s internal systems.
-Review agent invoices, ensuring accuracy and coordinating any required amendments.
-Co-ordinate with our customs clearance team to ensure smooth delivery of DAP/DDP import shipments + coordinate for export shipments as well.

Job Requirments:
Min 3 years experience in freight forwader
Fully aware of airlines systems for export shipments
Excellent command of English ( written and spoken)
