Job Details

We are hiring Technical Customer Service Voice Account Representatives with a customer-first approach and strong active listening abilities.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor degree is required
· English level: B2 to B2+
· Contact center or customer support experience preferred
· Basic technical aptitude – no coding or networking expertise needed
· Available for rotational shifts (on-site), last shift ends at 10 PM
