We’re Hiring | HRO Sales Specialist – Atheel CX
At Atheel CX, we are looking for a motivated HRO Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our HR outsourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Generate and develop new business opportunities Promote HRO and outsourcing services to potential clients Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Prepare proposals and commercial offers Build and maintain strong client relationships Achieve assigned sales targets Requirements:Experience in sales, business development, or outsourcing services Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build client relationships and close deals Fluent English Experience in HRO, recruitment, or staffing
