We are seeking a motivated and technically-minded Junior Sales Engineer to join our team in Maadi. In this onsite role, you will be the crucial link between our technical expertise and our clients' visions. You will support the sales process by providing technical consultation, preparing proposals, and helping clients select the best solutions for their projects—from luxurious private villas to large-scale resorts and aqua parks. A valid driving license is essential for this role, as it involves visiting project sites and meeting with clients. Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales Support: Assist senior sales engineers in the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to project handover. Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients (homeowners, contractors, developers) to understand their vision, requirements, and site conditions. Provide expert advice on pool design, equipment, and construction processes. Proposal Development: Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, equipment specifications, and 3D design concepts (collaborating with the design team). Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project feasibility, take measurements, and ensure alignment between client expectations and construction realities. (This requires a valid driving license and personal vehicle for mobility). Product & Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Equip Pools' offerings, including our own manufactured filter units, heat pump technology, and high-end construction materials. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, construction, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, consultants (like ECG), and subcontractors. Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably in the construction, pools, landscaping, or related industries. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or similar technical field is preferred). Driving License: Valid Egyptian driving license is a must. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction drawings, and the ability to learn technical product specifications. Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Good organizational and time-management skills.
