We’re Hiring: Technical Recruiter | Cairo Office. Our Cairo office is part of a well-established GCC-based group with operations across the region. The Cairo team plays an important role in supporting our technology, digital, ERP, product, and e-commerce growth across multiple markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Technical Recruiter to join the team and support hiring for IT, ERP, Data, Digital, and e-commerce roles. This is not a basic CV-sourcing role. We need someone who can understand technical requirements, speak confidently with hiring managers, identify quality candidates, and keep recruitment moving with speed and discipline.

Required Skills

3–6 years of recruitment experience Strong exposure to technical / IT hiring Good understanding of Egypt’s technology talent market Ability to screen beyond keywords Strong follow-up, communication, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with SLAs, pipelines, ATS updates, and hiring reports Strong English communication skills

Location: Cairo

Working model: Full-time, office-based
