• Develop and deliver comprehensive music lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Teach music theory, instrumental and vocal techniques, and encourage student creativity through individual and group performances
• Organize and participate in school concerts, recitals, and other musical events
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music with other subjects and school activities
• Maintain an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students
• Stay updated on best practices and advances in music education through professional development

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field
• A valid teaching certification and prior teaching experience are preferred
• Proficiency in multiple musical instruments and a strong grasp of music theory
• Ability to create innovative and engaging lesson plans adapted to diverse learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and staff
• A passion for music education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
• Willingness to contribute to extracurricular music activities and school events
