Role Description The Head of Training (Medical Background) will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical and aesthetic training programs for medical and spa staff. This full-time, on-site role is based in Heliopolis and involves developing training curricula, protocols, and SOPs for treatments, client safety, and quality of care. The role includes conducting regular training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations on aesthetic procedures, skincare treatments, and related medical services. The Head of Training will evaluate staff competency, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure adherence to regulatory, ethical, and clinic standards. This position also collaborates with clinic management and medical leadership to align training with business goals, introduce new technologies and techniques, and maintain a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications Strong medical background with experience in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, or related clinical fields, preferably in a clinic, spa, or hospital setting. Proven experience in training, education, or clinical instruction, including designing and delivering structured training programs and workshops. In-depth knowledge of aesthetic procedures, skincare treatments, laser technologies, derma fillers, and patient safety protocols. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach diverse teams and provide clear, constructive feedback. Demonstrated leadership, team management, and organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate schedules, track performance, and manage multiple training initiatives. Familiarity with clinical documentation, SOP development, quality assurance, and compliance with medical and safety standards. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on client experience, ethical practice, and service excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field; advanced certifications in aesthetics or dermatology are an advantage. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborating closely with medical professionals and administrative staff. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in accessible language.
