Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local and international hiring. Source and attract qualified candidates across European markets. Create and publish job advertisements. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews. Assess candidates' language, technical, and interpersonal skills. Coordinate online assessments, interviews, and selection activities. Support international candidates with the relocation process. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality hiring. Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree. Fluent English. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience is a must. International recruitment experience is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
