Role Description The Senior Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales for Nile Developments’ projects. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs and investment goals, presenting suitable property options, and providing accurate information on pricing, payment plans, and project features. The role involves maintaining a strong pipeline through follow-ups, responding to inquiries, and building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in mixed-use or high-end residential and commercial projects. Strong client relationship and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions. Solid understanding of the Egyptian real estate market, particularly New Cairo, New Administrative Capital, and similar emerging areas. Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, site visits, offer preparation, and closing deals. Comfortable working with sales targets, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel, sales dashboards). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
