Job Description Plan and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and sales objectives Develop and implement in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising guidelines Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper execution across all channels Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize trade plans Manage POS materials (design, production, and distribution) Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all retail touchpoints. Track and manage trade marketing budgets effectively. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong organizational and project management skills
