inSylos Group is a Cairo-based B2B SaaS and custom software studio building web, mobile and AI-powered products for clients across MENA and beyond. We move fast, ship quality, and value clean execution at every layer of the business — including how we feed our sales pipeline.

The Role

We're hiring a Lead Generation & Data Entry Specialist to keep our outbound sales engine fed with accurate, well-researched prospect data. You'll work closely with the sales team, building targeted lead lists, enriching contact information, and keeping our CRM clean and reliable. This is a focused, behind-the-scenes role with a clear impact on revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Research and build targeted lead lists across our priority sectors (e.g. travel agencies, SMEs, founders).
  • Source and verify prospect contact details — emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, company info.
  • Enter and maintain lead data in our CRM with accuracy and consistency.
  • Keep the database clean: deduplicate, update stale records, and flag bad data.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar prospecting platforms.
  • Tag and segment leads so the sales team can prioritize the right ones quickly.
  • Run light qualification checks on leads before passing them to the sales team.
  • Produce simple weekly reports on lead volume, sources, and data quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed here.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and prospecting tools.
  • Good written English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Patient, methodical, and reliable — you can sit with repetitive work and keep quality high.
  • Curious and resourceful — you can dig past easy answers to find the right contact.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and what makes a “good” lead (or willingness to learn fast).

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in lead gen, sales ops, virtual assistance, or data entry.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to MENA B2B markets.
