• Market & Competitor Analysis
o Continuously monitor market developments, trends, and customer needs in the retail and interior
sectors.
o Prepare structured market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
o Provide regular feedback to management and headquarters on market insights.
• Portfolio & Territory Management
o Actively manage the product and service portfolio within MENA region to ensure optimal market
coverage.
o Recommend adjustments to the offer based on customer feedback, competition, and market dynamics.
o Implement measures to increase regional market penetration and profitability.
• Collaboration with Global Sales (HQ)
o Work closely with the global sales team at headquarters to align regional strategies with global
objectives.
o Share best practices, support key projects, and ensure consistent brand and sales standards.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
o Actively participate in the annual budgeting process and take responsibility for achieving agreed sales
targets.
o Prepare reliable sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
o Provide regular, structured reports on sales performance, sales pipeline status, and market activities to
management.
• Reseller Management
o Manage, support, and develop resellers within MENA region.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear targets, and provide ongoing guidance and training.
o Ensure brand presence and sales activities are consistent with company standards.
• Sales Pipeline Management
o Maintain, update, and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure transparency of all ongoing opportunities.
o Prioritize opportunities according to strategic relevance and probability of closure.
• Additional Responsibilities
o Perform any additional tasks related to managing sales activities as assigned by management.
o Act as an ambassador of the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings as required
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education & Professional Background
o bachelor’s degree in business related field.
o A consistent, stable track record in sales, ideally in shopfitting, interior solutions, or product-related sales.
o Minimum of 5 -10 years of relevant sales experience within the GCC region.
o Proven experience in the retail industry, ideally with established contacts and deep market
understanding.
• Working Style & Personal Attributes
o Independent, structured, and self-motivated working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
o Team-oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
o Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all hierarchical
levels.

innovative approaches.
o High willingness to travel frequently within the region as required by business needs.
• Language & IT Skills
o Fluent in English at contract and negotiation level (both written and spoken).
o Additional local languages (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
o Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
o Experience & knowledge with SAP is a plus.
