Job Summary We are looking for a Head of Cloud Infrastructure & Private Cloud Operations to lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of a large-scale private cloud environment. This role will oversee five core domains: Private Cloud, Server & Storage, Networking, Security Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, ensuring a secure, scalable, and highly available platform while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Private Cloud strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap. Lead the design, implementation, and operations of enterprise cloud infrastructure. Oversee Private Cloud, Server & Storage, Networking, Security Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity functions. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, security compliance, and SLA achievement. Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational excellence. Lead and develop infrastructure engineering and operations teams. Manage technology vendors, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.15–20 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, or data center environments. Minimum 5–8 years in leadership roles managing large-scale infrastructure platforms. Proven experience in private cloud, multi-site data centers, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
