  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of periodic management reports, including P&L, BS & CF statements, sales performance, cost analysis, and variance reports.
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested by the CFO or senior management.
  • Monitor key business metrics, analyze trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing financial presentations and dashboards for executive meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Support ERP and BI system enhancements and automation of reporting processes.
